Hussam Barhoush is a Senior Analyst with Pyramid Research’s regional research team in its Africa & Middle East practice. Based at the company’s headquarters in Cambridge, Hussam is responsible for producing analysis, forecasts and other research on the Middle East and Africa telecommunication markets.
Prior to joining Pyramid, Hussam worked as a Senior Analyst with the Arab Advisors Group, where he was engaged in telecom consulting projects and producing research reports. The reports included country reports, trend reports and survey reports, which analyzed Arab markets telecom landscapes and trends. Hussam contributed in numerous industry conferences, and participated in Arab regional media outlets. He was regularly quoted in regional online and printed publications.
Hussam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Jordan. In addition to being fluent in English, Hussam is a native Arabic speaker, and has basic knowledge in French.
