Based in New York, Juliana is an Analyst in Pyramid Research’s Latin America group. Juliana is responsible for the fixed-line, mobile, media, and handsets forecasts for Colombia, Peru, Panama, Bolivia and Haiti and she also participates in consulting projects throughout the region.
Before joining Pyramid, Juliana worked at Yankee Group in the Latin America research team. Her main activities were monitoring the Latin American telecom market, developing macroeconomic forecasting and market demand analysis and participating in sector related strategic consulting. Juliana has also worked at IBM with the Global Technology Services (GTS) group were she covered clients in Argentina, Chile, Venezuela and Colombia.
Juliana holds an MBA from Baruch College, New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes, Bogota. She also participated in a Study Abroad with Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN), France. Juliana is native in Spanish, fluent in English and French and has working knowledge of Portuguese.
