At the end of 2010, total service revenue for the telecom sector is expected to reach US$1.17 billion, growing at a 4.4% CAGR over the next five years. Mobile data, which at the end of 2010 is expected to generate 20.1% of total telecom revenues in the country, will overtake mobile voice as the greatest revenue contributor in 2015, generating 31.8% of total revenue for the sector. Although we expect fixed circuit-switched voice and mobile voice segments to lose weight over the next five years, they will still generate a significant share of total revenue by 2015; 31.5% and 15.2% respectively. The broadband segment will continue to grow during the next five years at a 4.3% CAGR, maintaining its weight in the sector. IPTV and Fixed VoIP will be the fastest growing businesses over the next five years, but will remain low-revenue generating lines, accounting for just 0.3% and 0.2% of total revenue by year-end 2015.
