MobilePro Corporation, a wireless technology and telecommunications company, was incorporated in July 2000. In June 2001, MobilePro merged with CraftClick.com Inc, after which the company operated under the surviving corporation, CraftClick. In July 2001, the corporation was renamed MobilePro Corporation.

MobilePro focuses on developing innovative wireless technologies, acquiring and growing profitable voice and Internet service providers (ISPs), and creating strategic alliances with companies in complementary product lines and industries. The company’s wireless technology development efforts are conducted by its wholly-owned subsidiary, NeoReach Inc. MobilePro provides Internet services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, DFW Internet Services Inc, and its divisions.

In May 2004, MobilePro announced its new voice strategy. Through its voice services subsidiary, CloseCall America Inc, MobilePro sells local, long-distance, 1-800, prepaid calling cards, wireless, dial-up, and DSL telecommunications services to its existing and prospective customers. The company also plans to cross-sell Internet services to its local and long-distance customers of its voice services companies.

MobilePro is based in Bethesda, Maryland and has operations in Dallas, Houston, and Beaumont, Texas; Cleveland and Coshocton, Ohio; Kansas City, Missouri; Janesville, Wisconsin; Shreveport, Louisiana; Tucson, Arizona; Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; and, Stevensville, Maryland.

As of June 2004, Daniel Lozinsky, former President, CEO, and Chairman of MobilePro, owned 9% of the company. At that time, MobilePro’s insider ownership amounted to approximately 16.7%. The insider ownership figure is expected to change when MobilePro files its 10K for the year ended March 31, 2005 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
