Central America:  US Says Yes to CAFTA

CAFTA celebrated a major success in July by securing a narrow margin victory in the US House of Representatives.  While the treaty still has some hurdles to overcome before being fully ratified, the move is a step in the right direction and will have major implications for Central America's telecommunications sector, argues Analyst Vanessa Larez.
