Argentina has emerged as a regional hotspot for Triple-play deployments, with nearly every large fixed operator and cable company joining the fray.  Analyst Thomas Abreu believes that media conglomerate Groupo Clarin is well positioned to offer bundled services and will prove to be a stiff competitor to traditional fixed voice carriers.
