PCCW's recent purchase of 60 percent of Hong Kong's smallest mobile operator, Sunday Communications, will propel the incumbent's "Quadruple Play" ambitions and realize cost synergies on content acquisitions, well-positioning the operator to compete in the long run according to Analyst Yiru Zhong.
